Coach Sam - Members Eye View of Early Morning Session!

 

Hi, its coach Sam here…I decided to film myself going through one of our early morning sessions.

Check out the video above. We have early morning sessions at both our Wigan and Manchester gyms which is very convenient for people who need to get their workout in before most people are even up!

You can get a real feel for how the sessions run.

You can initially see how structured the sessions are, we programme forward for 12 weeks at a time and the sessions are typed up onto a big TV screen so the members know exactly what to expect and what is expected of them too.

We train hard and smart and we always put the weights away after ourselves so the gym is clutter free!!
