Our 30-day trial is your chance to experience the unique approach to fitness and membership here at RM Fitness.

You’ll get to know the people, the place and way things work before you make a longer commitment. We're unique and streer away from being a 'typical' commercial gym. Our approach is a chance to change the way you think of fitness. 

The 30 day trial is an opportunity to learn about you, what drives you, what you want to achieve. More so, it gives you a chance to learn about your own goals in an environment of likeminded people, the start of a new journey to improving areas you're looking to enhance.

What's involved in the trial?

  • Meet your coach

    Introduction to the gym and team
  • Body Composition Analysis

    At your initial session we will take some simple stats so you have an idea of where you currently are at and this will allow planning of goals further down the line.
  • Technique Coaching

    Throughout your trial we will coach you through the basic exercises you will be doing over the next 30 days and beyond.
  • 12 Group Coaching Sessions

    After your first session (and evaluation appointment), you will have full and flexible access to our group training timetable (See timetable below). All sessions are coached by RM Fitness Personal Trainers.
  • Nutrition Coaching

    You’ll receive comprehensive nutritional advice to complement your fitness programme and help you reach your goals faster.
  • Dedicated Support

    You are in an environment with coaches that care about you and your results and are on hand whenever you need them.
  • Beyond The Gym

    Discover a world of support with our online community, where the team and RMF members share their thoughts and experiences.

No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.

Don’t worry. If something comes up or you’re away for a few days, let us know, and we’ll happily extend the trial period.works for you.

You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals, we’ll suggest an appropriate membership option and programme going forward. If you decide that RMF isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we accept that we can’t be all things to all people.
