“13” OH Pumpkin Lunges (Over Head lunges/ Body weight lunges)

“13” PGTOH (Plate Ground To Overhead)

“13” KB Swing (Kettle bell swings)

“13” Sit Ups (Weighted / Body Weight)

“13” HRPU ( Hand Release Press Ups / Press ups)

200m Run (optional)

Go through the circuit as many times as you can in 40 mins
