Deck of Cards Workout

Simple 

Tough as you want it to be 
  • This is a full body workout that you can do: in the gym , at home or on holiday
  • You can apply as much intensity to it as you want
  • It can be scaled to suit level of fitness and ability
Equipment:
Deck of cards
How to do it? 
1)Turn the deck face down
2)Turn over the first card
The suit ❤ 💎 ♣ ♠ represent the exercise
❤  = Air squat
💎 = Press up
♣️ = 1/2 burpee
♠️ = Sit-up
The number on the card represents the amount of reps
Ace = 1 rep
2-10 = 2 reps, 3reps, …. 10reps
Jack /Queen / King = 10 reps
Joker = Small run or 20 reps
3) Complete the set amount of reps for the corresponding exercise
Work until full deck completed or set a 20-40 mins on the clock and work through as many cards as possible
You can change the exercises to suit you and your own session 
  • Press up , weighted, decline, incline
  • Lunges, weighted
  • Plank, for time
  • Full Burpee
  • Box Jump
  • Star jumps
  • Glute bridge
  • Kettle bell swings
  • Thrusters
  • Leg raise
