“I started at RM in May 2013 after having possibly the worst 2 years ever with problems with my health.
I suffer from a problem with my immune system and had 2 bad bouts of pneumonia and endless infections.
After finally getting myself kind of back on my feet, and a month or 2 of debating to take the plunge (I think I actually sat in the car across the road once then turned around and went home), I decided to sign myself up to a few months of PT with Sam, then joined up to the group training.
This was and has quite possibly been the best decision I’ve made! I’m 3 and a half stone lighter, a hell of a lot fitter, healthier+a million times happier!!”

Yes I still get ill but it last nowhere near as long and I recover so much quicker. I can only put this down to the changes and help and guidance from the guys at RM.
Sam was so good from day one, but everyone I asked for help and advise always went that little bit further than you’d get elsewhere. They always push you and make sure your giving your best.
The trainers are awesome but let’s not forget the members! What an amazing set of people they all are.
Everyone supports each other, pushes each other on and give you that last bit of encouragement you need just when your about to give up on that last rep.
Their not only ‘other gym members’ I’ve made some really good friends that have made the 2 years hard work all the more easier and enjoyable..yes I said enjoyable ha.
I’d recommend coming down and giving it a try to anyone that has thought about it, you won’t go wrong and it would be the best decision you’d make.
